Carrier IMEI checker is saying my model is different from what I have

Hi everyone

I just bought an iPhone SE (A1662) on eBay. When it arrived I checked the IMEI. The odd thing is, the IMEI checker is saying that I have an iPhone 6S:

The checker specifies A1662 which is correct but "iPhone 6S" clearly is not.

Is this just a glitch? Or do I have some kind of fake on my hands?

The date of release is also wrong as the iPhone SE was released on March 31, 2016...

Thanks! I checked on the Apple web site and it says it is indeed an SE. Everything else seems to check out.
