    I'm on 2012 base model 15" rMBP.

I feel that the battery life has decreased instead of increase...
at 100% i only have around 6 hours compared to 7-8 hours before.
Not sure if i'm paranoid or what, but i thought Mavericks was suppose to make my mac last longer than before.

Anyone else feel the same way?

After going to Mavs it seems worse for me too. I used to get higher values in the time remaining under the battery icon but maybe it's just more accurate now. I used to see it around 9 hours after a recharge in Mountain Lion but now it's near 7. I know this is a constantly changing value but it's definitely worse than before. This is at similar conditions as well(wifi, med. brightness, using just integrated graphics, just web surfing, best for retina resolution). I've tried recalibrating my battery and updating all my apps too. It's hard to say though since I never really measured my battery life on ML. I'm just looking at the battery icon time remaining values. It would be interesting to see if anyone tests this for the older rMBP's.
