I’d say yes, if you are talking about cables within the box.Thanks.
Is iPad Pro cable it comes with USB 3 ?
What about USB 3.1? Would there be any noticeable difference?Generally hours, assuming the computer uses USB3 protocol and the cable supports USB3 standard.
It might as well be just speed difference and the bottleneck can be ur PC’s internal storage speed imo. What about USB 3.1? Would there be any noticeable difference?

OK, maybe that Belkin USB-C to USB-A cable is capable of USB3 speed as I never used that USB-C cable came with the box to transfer data before.Wrong, unfortunately. It’s a charging cable capable of only USB 2 speeds.
@max2 you'd be looking at 1000 minutes roughly, assuming that everything kept pumping along and maxing out that USB 2 cable all along. About 17 hours. Some things may be faster to transfer via wifi than the cable in the box (depending on your network).
If you’re using USB-C, which transfers data at a rate of 5GB/Second, you could look at a Estimated time of:Like in hours or days.

5-25 Minutes. This varies a lot, depending on what Hardware you have.
Hope this Helps.
Oops, my bad.Your math is off by at least a factor of 5.
5GB per second is way beyond any USB protocol.
