I try everything, I erase the HD and partition. I check the installer log and still lost how to fix this issue. I updated several macs to Monterey and had no issues. Please, could someone help me?

did you try updating before erasing the drive? or did you do that first (and if so, why?).

i'd look there; at the formatting and partitioning of the drive; compare that to the other macs you updated. otherwise (if no one else here has ideas, and/or googling doesn't help), might be worth a call to apple...

OP:
You're going to have to provide more information.

What Mac do you have?
What year was it made?

How much free space is on your drive?

It seems like with Monterey, Apple requires A LOT MORE FREE SPACE on the user drive to do upgrades. By "user drive" I mean the drive that is named by default "Macintosh HD Data".

Not sure why, but I'm thinking that the "secure system volume" is actually "reconstructed" in a "working space" on "Macintosh HD Data", and then it is "copied over" the existing secure system volume (which is normally located on the Macintosh HD volume). I could be wrong.

HD 250G blank (Macintosh HD) APFS Volume - APFS
In the installer log, I get this:
An error occurred loading the update.
Stopped operation queue with error domain = com.apple.OSInstallerSetup.error code = 1004

This didn't answer a single question that was asked.
