The iPod Touch was great until I tried watching a dark movie. There are literally dozens of white speck pixels. The lack of quality control from Apple is really starting to get to me.

I exchanged mine yesterday. No problem at all.
I called to confirm they had the 16GB in stock, went to the Apple Store and said I wanted to do an exchange because of stuck pixels.

He asked me the general area where they were, he took it to a genius and 4 minutes later he came back with a new Touch and processed the exchange.

It helped that I had a dark tv show loaded and playing for them to see the stuck pixel. I used an episode of 24, the intro is practially all black.

There are screen test movies out there. one is in a post here, try a search

it is a movie that displays a solid black screen, a solid red screen, then blue, and green. A great way to test to test your screen.

I am getting my Touch next week, anyone got a link to this movie plz?

I have gone thru 6 ipod Touchs and all of them have had stuck pixels. I think if people went to a completely dark room and watch something black. They would seem them also.
