installing windows on parallel

Hi,

We've been trying to install windows XP on parallel which is running on OS X.

It seemed to be working properly up till we get the blue screen with "Starting windows" bit and then nothing happens apart from the XP disk appearing on the desktop and everything stops...:confused:
