    Some areas of Europe don't allow audio components capable of producing over 100dB of intensity.

    I wonder if the OD2 (Online Digital Distribution) is going to hype up even greater intensity from Apple's international customers.

    There will always be P2P clients. That is not Apple's fault. It is the fault of those, who sponsor them. There should be no reason why record labels would continue to hold off Apple's service to as long as possible a wait with these complex legal standards of downloading music.
