Internet is slow on my MacBook, but not on any other computer in my house...

I'm not exactly sure if it's a router problem or a computer problem... But, the majority of times the internet on my MacBook is super slow compared to the other laptops in my house. They are all connected to the same router... and it's still slow when I'm the only one on the router. Is there anything that could be wrong with my mac or a setting that's off?

I tried all of that DNS stuff, but my internet still doesn't seem like it's as fast as it should be. I just can't understand why so many people have this problem and Apple hasn't addressed it yet.
