iOS 10 no longer wishes you Happy Birthday from the Notification Center/Today View like iOS 9

    I didn't even notice. Then again I almost missed my birthday and thanks to my family (and Facebook) I was reminded.

    I have my last birthday notified. So it works, assuming you have a proper birthday setting in your own contact card.

    Calendar app. It is considered as all-day calendar event repeating once per year.

    This is in iOS 7 right? Maybe Apple has changed the way it is displayed.

    It was like that since iOS 7-9. It'd been removed in iOS 10. Pretty sad really, I'm sure they removed it and saved like 2 lines of code - thinnovation at its best.

    It was probably part of the today text, all of which you'll notice has been removed. I don't think they purposely set out to just remove the happy birthday.
