That’s when a localisation is missing. Apple put resource keys like that long upper case string everywhere and the localisation engine uses it to look up the actual words for the device’s region/language. Occasionally they haven’t put in the localisations for all/any regions so you just see the key.
Report it as a bug and/or upgrade to latest beta.
