I wonder what's new in this update. Maybe the iCloud folder sharing stuff?

Always hate how the patchnotes lag behind ...

Downloading now on iPhone 6s Plus.
The update from 13.2 beta 4 to 13.3 b1 is just around 350mb

This is awkward. I have the release version 13.2, and I see a 3.05GB OTA. The IPSW is 4.01GB (for iPhone 8) so I am downloading the IPSW and will update it via the Mac.

I assume that if you’re doing an update OTA, it downloads only the files that were updated. While downloading the IPSW file will download all the files.

Downloading on 11Pro Max, and iPad Pro 11”. Battery on both has been not great since 13.2, hoping this helps.

Yes. That is correct.

However, I am speaking on the staggering difference between OTA sizes if updating from 13.2 beta 4 to 13.3 beta 1 as against updating from 13.2 release to 13.3 beta 1.

Which device?
All devices.
The versions indicated in the list at the initiating post of this thread are all lower than the versions actually there in the public release.

If upgrading beta->beta it will be smaller.
If Public Release -> beta then complete build (similar to IPSW) will be installed.

Members are not particularly eager to update the Wiki when it comes to carrier settings and modem firmware numbers. Most just post in the thread without updating the Wiki for their respective devices and carriers. So, that list tends to be behind. ?

I doubt there is any changes that is noticeable in 13.3 it will just be bug fixes, the days of major point releases with major changes is gone, I hope the main bug fixes are changed
