Anyone else on an enterprise developer account not seeing the downloads? I see the beta tab, but it says no files available.

It's really meant for the iPad Pro, because it has USB-C, but yea, you would need a lightning to USB connector, which I don't think exists? Files should work with lightning devices with the Lightning to SD Card reader, though.

No mention at the WWDC Keynote as to which devices have been deprecated. Anyone know which iDevices, if any, are not supported by iOS 13?

iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. iPad Air, iPad mini 2 and 3. iPod touch 6th gen. Anything newer (and the Air 2) is supported.

Refreshed the page? Are you allowed to download Betas?
Yeah, for years and years now. The enterprise admin account, as well as all the developer accounts I can access show no downloads available. Do you have an enterprise account, or just regular developer?

I have the same issue. I guess it's related with accepting latest license agreement. It gives me a warning on the main page that states the person responsible for the Dev account should accept the latest agreement. And the downloads page says no beta software available to download
