iPad iOS 13 beta 2 can’t update or download apps anymore

From Apple store or even from Tweakbox. What the hell happened with this version? It was working fine before. I tried signing off from my Apple ID and changing the Apple Store settings. No luck, the icon appears and it’s loading forever. Now I can’t update apps and I had to use iTunes to upload them to my device (through IPA files).

Using iPad Pro 10.5.
 
I went to the actual app page in the App Store and update each one individually. Worked for me

Literally nothing is working?
 
Nothing. No apps can be updated no matter where I go or what I do. I can’t download them from Apple Store, too.

If I delete any app I’ll have to drag and drop the IPA file using iTunes. It says “waiting” in the app icon, and stays that way forever or until I stop the update.
 
This issue has been fixed in iOS 13 beta 3. Once I went from beta 2 to 3 I was able to update all apps, download any of them or install an app from Tweakbox.
 
I just got the update that said public beta 2 and I am downloading it now, I wish I had read this first before I did. wish me luck it sounds like I will need it.
 
Oh, no, the bug is back! First it asked me to sign into my Apple ID again, when I tried downloading the TRIP ADVISOR app. Then asked me if I wanted to always ask for a password or wait 15 minutes for purchases (this was not a purchase since it’s a free app).

Then I see that in settings the App Store area is now changed to ask for a password for free apps and the option I chose, always ask for a password for paid purchases, instead of wait 15 minutes. Of course I changed this setting to not ask for a password for free apps.

Anyway, the bug is back and now I can’t download this app, it’s waiting forever. Apparently this bug somehow breaks internet download for any app, it only loads (wheel icon) next to the upper right WiFi icon for 2 seconds, then stops.

Bottom line: this beta 2 crap is broken to update and download apps. I’ll switch to beta 3 2.0 once it’s confirmed the b3 bugs were fixed.
 
I was having this issue of apps not updating but I rebooted my phone and it worked fine. I tried toggling wifi off and on and seeing if updating worked on LTE or not, but just rebooting the phone fixed it for me.
