iOS 14.2 - safari/chrome won't load certain websites

Very random --- updated to ios 14.2 last night on an iphone 11.

using wifi, only certain webpages work -- some do, some don't -- they don't load.
same issue using chrome.

i sign off wifi, and all problems are fixed and everything works fine.
Sign back onto wifi and then "Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found"

turf off wifi, and it loads fine...

anyone else?
i've reset network settings twice now and deleted history etc.

Maybe try turning off private address under your wifi. Press the info button for your wifi.

ok -- strangely after resetting my router a 3rd time, the problem has been fixed. Sounds like it's a problem reading around the net with ios 14 update and xfinity.... Will see how it works from here on out...
