iOS 18 only allowing an app icon once across all homescreen pages?

This is happening for me on both ios 18 and ipados 18: If I add an app to one page, and it exists on another page, it will be removed from the other page. Even if the focus isn't using that page. So for example a work focus and a personal focus can have separate pages just fine, but those pages can't have any apps in common. Same goes for folders- adding an app to a folder will remove it from a main page, for example. Anyone else seeing this? I really hope this is a bug and not some kind of problem with my account.

Working fine on my 15P. Maybe a reboot if you haven’t already tried that or resetting Homescreen Layout or All Settings?

Ok so it looks like it doesn’t affect everyone then. I found a Reddit thread where others have the issue, so I’m glad at least that it’s not just me.

Is the passwords app by chance? I'm having problems with just that one but everything else seems to be okay.
