iPod touch iOS4 + 3G iPT. Folder

I have a question.
Well, two.

1. Do you guys have about a 3 second lag before the folder opens?
2. How many apps can a fodler have before it starts getting laggy? (Jailbroken and with Infinifolder)

Folders open fine for me. Since I have no lag, I can say that folders have a max of 12 apps.

Oh, something else.
After using folders, I rebooted my device. Just cause.
THEN ALL MY APPS DISAPPEARED.
I mean, they're still on the device because I can search them, but they don't appear on my device.

Edit: Fixed using SBSettings and manually unhiding, Every. Single. App.
