    That's a pretty good deal and I would totally go for it and then use it on T-mobile. Since it should be unlocked, $50 a month unlimited everything is pretty awesome even if you have to use the EDGE network.

    or you take the 4 into apple and pay 180 to get a replacement 4 as it is water damaged

    Game stop offers you 70 dollars usually in store credit for old iphones,
    The ones they are offering are used, i doubt they are refurbished.
    No warranty either. better of going into apple spend extra 40-50 get replacement.

    From what I hear, they are fully refurbished and they look pretty near perfect.

    when it comes to electronics, looks dont mean much. You're going to have to test it out and make sure the internal hardware is OK.

    It's $150 to replace an iPhone 4 not $180.

    you have to pay the esr fee of 29 as well to my understanding

    I had mine replaced back in April and I paid $149.99 + tax.

    they have an 8gb iphone 3g for $139. not bad for people that lose their phone completely and are waiting for a new upgrade.

    I assume these are no contract phones? unlocked as well?

    I believe they are locked to AT&T but these phones are easy to unlock.
