iPhone 4s return policy at Apple

    Hi,
    Just wondering if anybody knows the best way to get an exchange at an Apple store, I've had my white 4s since launch pretty much and the battery has always been a bit hit and miss (my fiancée also has a 4s and gets loads more screen time than me) but i've never really had the nerve to return it as i cant really prove to them how its used etc, however, I've went ahead and booked an appointment (hopefully I'll get an understanding genius) failing a replacement wednesday, what else could i say to get them to exchange it? as about 4 hours usage isnt sufficient.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Just be honest and tell them the truth. That's all you can do.

    give apple support a call and tell them your story

    all you have to tell them is your battery is not holding the charge and they will replace it as long as you are under warranty and didn't trip one of the water damage sensors
