Is the Iphone 5 in a Apple Store in Usa (not online store) simlock
    and netlock free.

    for example model MD645LL/A = a 64gb white Iphone 5 (AT&T) for 849,- US$

    thanks for any 100% reply.

The AT&T Model being sold in the States will work with any GSM carrier IF as you said, paid in full price with no contract.

However keep in mind that since it's in high demand, stores may NOT willing to sell you just the phone without a service agreement/contract.

Some members were able to do it but it would require the store employee to complete the transaction as device-only purchase.

Upon activation you should see a "congratulations" message stating your iPhone has been unlocked.

HOWEVER... according to Apple's model chart (http://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/) the AT&T model A1428 WILL ONLY SUPPORT North America LTE bands.

The International, unlocked A1429 model will support many other European LTE bands. If using LTE in Germany is your ultimate goal then I suggest you find the International Unlocked A1429 model.

But as for now? In the States I don't think ANYONE has the A1429...
