Got lucky and found a 64 GB space gray in So. Cal on Saturday, and the GF drops it on the granite floor. Big gash and dent on one corner. Thankfully the rep added Mobile Premium insurance at upgrade without asking me. Genius or dumb, I got lucky! As I filled out the claim online and when Asurion's website came to the part to verify the device, on the next screen it informed me that the device is backordered naturally and I can do get in line. I did back order the device on Asurion's website. Does anyone know if the device they send me will be a new phone or "replacement" unit etc... Any info would be helpful.
