iPhone 5s NE299LL/A - GSM Unlocked or for Verizon too?

I'm selling an iPhone for a coworker, but I am not certain of how unlocked it is. He was originally on AT&T and a while back had it replaced at an Apple Store Genius Bar. It is definitely unlocked and I tested that with my T-Mobile SIM card. But I am wondering if anyone can confirm if this model number, NE299LL/A, works with Verizon too. Thanks!

No, that unlocked AT&T iphone 5s will not work with verizon.
Only GSM carriers.

Thanks. I also have a 5s model ME308LL/A. I confirmed it works on T-Mobile as well, but have not tried Verizon. Assuming same deal as the NE299LL/A?

Correct. GSM models of iPhones (ATT, T-Mobile ) before the 6 have their CDMA radios disabled even if they are unlocked so they will not work with carriers like Verizon and Sprint.
