iPhone 5s not syncing properly with iTunes?

    I am having trouble with my iPhone 5s and iTunes and when I buy a song either on my phone or on computer only some of the recently bought song appear on my purchased playlist and the main problem is my recently added playlist as hardly any song that I buy actually get synced into recently added playlist. The song are going on my iPhone as I can find them by searching for them which is a big pain.

    I have also taken a photo of 1 of a few song which show the stop sign next to them, and I can play the song, what do I do to resolve this?

    If anyone could help I would be grateful thanks
