Hi,

I have a iPhone 6s Plus I bought back in February. Upgraded to iOS11 a few weeks ago, now I cannot get past noon with 20% remaining battery.

I spoke with customer services, they suggested I go to store to get the phone/battery replaced. Will this help sort the issue or...?

Thanks,

My 6S does okay on battery life.

You are not alone. My 7 Plus used to last a day and into noon of the next day on iOS 10. Now I barely reach 7-8 hours on iOS 11.

The problem is ios11 , not your phone. I took my phone from the charger on this morning, an hour later at work, i had only 80% left.. now 52% and the battery stat has jammed (oh it changed 1% now). Buggiest ios ever!

Stats tells me that the phone has been on standby 11hours which is correct but im pretty sure i havent used this phone for 3hours at work.

6S+ here too.

Exactly the same, here. I even restored my phone yesterday to see if it would help, but it appears to be heading for 6-7 hours of usage today as well ...

Yesterday was the last straw for me - I had a fairly long FaceTime call in the morning, but got the 20% warning at 11:05, after taking it off the charger at 7:30.

Same. I'm hoping 11.1 sorts this out.

I actually have to bring a USB cord to work to charge by lunch time.
