Greetings All,

Last night (like a lot of you) I attempted to order an iPhone 6s+ phone. I spend the next 45 minutes attempting to get into the Apple Online Store. It wouldn't let me in and just gave the screen saying that the store was going to open soon. I gave up and did a search on pre event issues on Yahoo and found some others were able to get a reservation by using the Apple Store App. I went there and attempted to get a phone and it said that all reserved phones were gone. Frustrated, I sent an email to Tim Cook stating my frustration and the poor performance of the rollout. I went to bed and this morning I was able to get an in store pick-up of a iPhone 6s+ in gold and 16gb. It's not what I want but Ill give this a try.

Just now I received a phone call from Julia from Apple wanting to discuss the email that I sent to Tim Cook. She was appologentic about the issue and will see if I will be able to get what I really wanted in the new phone. i have seen a lot of bashing over the years ( with Apple ), I wanted to share with MacRumors what had transpired. I even stated in the email that I didn't expect to get a response, and I did. Even if Julia isn't able to get me a different phone, i can say that Apple, Tim Cook and Julia came through. It's easy to just complain but I needed to let the readers know that a Great thing happened here and share it.
