    Hi All,

Kinda like the rose gold option but hey need to ask my fellow forum members - could a guy carry off this colour or is it too feminine?

    Thanks!

I'm not sure, it might be more of a copper shade in real life? The ad showed a man having the rose gold colour, so...

Creepy facial expression of the guy in the ad, but definitely copper in the second image shown on the website Screen Shot 2015-09-10 at 11.42.46.png Screen Shot 2015-09-10 at 11.41.36.png

I don't think any of the colors in the 6s line are gender specific. I think any guy could rock them.
Me personally I was stoked when I heard the rumor of a rose gold iphone. However when I saw that it was more in the pinkish side than gold I was immediately turned off.
With rose gold I could totally see some awesome case combos you could do that would accent the rose gold and make it less pink than it is.

No, you definitely can't get the rose gold as a male - your balls will fall off and you'll end up with a beecher /s

What is it with all these questions about the gender of a colour? Just get the one you want and enjoy it ;)

For this "male," "no." For other "males," only they can decide that.

TBH, it looks more like "pink" than "rose gold."

I own rose gold luxury watches and would only buy rose gold as any gold jewellery. Yellow gold on watches look awful in comparison.

Therefore I would say that the Rose Gold colour is definitely a male colour.

Having said that, the pics of the rose gold iphone do look a little too pink. My rose gold watches look more gold than pink. Will have to see in the metal but if it is like the rose gold on watches then it will not be feminine at all but rather the only gold colour to buy.

If you like it, I say get it.

To me it looks girly, and I don't like girly thing. I didn't like it when I first saw it online. I need to see it in person and if I like it I'd get it regardless

It's definitely aimed towards females. But if you like it, then buy it.

You're going to have to put a cover on it anyway. Not sure it makes all that much difference.

In the U.S. South, pink is a male power color. Especially as you get older and more in charge, men will wear pink Oxford cloth or polo shirts.

If you're lucky, the coppery rose gold will clash perfectly with your pink Oxford.

    Of course it's girly.
But you can cover it up in public with a case. In private you can remove the case and enjoy it in all it's glory......

    It's not for me....

It shouldn't matter if a male or female chooses that colour.

But, anyone who thinks "Rose Gold" is anything other than PINK is only kidding themselves.

If you're not sure whether you're secure enough to carry a rose gold iPhone, then don't bother (or, at least, wait a while before ordering one to make sure there's one for me when I preorder). Leave it to those of us who will have no problem.

FWIW, I have a rose gold G-Shock that is pretty badass. I get tons of compliments whenever I wear it.

I would say go for it. If nothing else it will demonstrate that you have confidence in yourself

Indeed, the girls are the ones who use cases on their iphones...lol

As mentioned before, proper rose gold is not pink. Its just a darker gold.

It's totally up to you with what your comfortable with and like. I like rose gold, but the 6S is too pink for me. I just don't like the color pink and won't be happy with it. I'm probably going to stick my gold. I've noticed that the gold looks rose gold at times under certain lighting.
