iPhone and a Heart Rate Monitor?

Any suggestions on products I can use to monitor/track heart rate on my iPhone? I'd prefer a wrist device over a torso strap.

I don't know of any physical device, but there is an app (Heart Fitness) that uses the cam+flash to get the pulse from the finger. Similar method that hospital heart monitors use.

I compared compared the results with an Omron heart rate monitor and the numbers are accurate. The free version only measures heart rate, the paid version also has a log and graph.
