If all the iPhone app developers got together and created on awesome turn-by-turn navigation app I think that app would sell a more units than of the other turn-by-turn navigation apps out there.
They should have the maps with the best coverage for every country/region. Trapster style system built-in, as well as in-built POIs with the ability to pull POIs from google. It could should also have traffic from several services, google, navigon etc to ensure accuracy and make sure its up to date.
