iPhone apps aren't stretching to full screen?

    I thought I read that the apps would automatically stretch.

    Apps will not automatically stretch. They will have black bars if they are not set up for the new screen on the iPhone 5.

    Apple never said that, OP. They said that would have black borders until the dev update the apps.

    Apps are letterboxed till updated by developers.

    It would be nice but I don't think it is possible without distorting the image.
