iPhone Doesn't Show Up

As of the latest software updates plus an upgrade to Leopard, my iPhone doesn't show up in iTunes or in iPhoto. It does charge over the USB connection, but it simply doesn't show up, preventing me from syncing or updating anything.

Any suggestions?
