My friend has a 2G (not 3G) iPhone in DFU mode right now and can't get it to be recognized by his computer. He upgraded on a friends computer and doesn't have it now. It was running 2.0. Tried on iTunes 7.6 or 7.7? Does he need to downgrade to 7.5? Just want to get it restored to 2.0 or 1.1.4.
