Hi
I work as a video editor for a start up company. Lately, every time I edit a video for socials, no matter what I try those co-workers with iPhone's, who need the videos on their phone to upload content, can't download the videos at all.

We've tried Google Drive, Dropbox, We transfer, WhatsApp, airdrop, .mp4, .mov and .mpg, converting to .mov in QuickTime from their macs, and the only times we've managed to get it working the quality has dropped so much it's not useable.

has anyone else encountered this issue? are there any fixes I'm not thinking of?

Export to H.264 and upload it to google drive. Then go to google drive app on your phone and click on “send a copy” and then click save to phone. It takes a little while to save to phone but then it will be in your camera roll. I do it all the time! Works with 4K video as well...
