Hi All,

bought an iphone 7 on the 5th of August and today it has switched off and wont come back on. Have tried holding the power on button with volume down and charging it but the screen remains black.

This was bought from an o2 shop in the UK. Does anyone know if they will just replace or would you suggest going straight to apple?
Thanks for any help.

Josh

How long did you hold the lock button and the volume button down for?

is that where you plug into a mac and then then hold the power and volume down button for 10 seconds? if yes then I have done that

Is This iPhone purchase new or used? I'm not familiar with stores in the UK. Otherwise, I would suggest contacting the store you purchased it from if they offer any type of return policy or, you might be looking at going direct with Apple for a replacement warranty iPhone.
