iPhone XS Max iPhone X’s Max Video Recording - stuttering/lag both selfie and read cam

My main video cam on iPhone X’s Max has some stuttering/lag throughout the clips I take. It’s like quick but it’s throughout the video

And for selfie cam videos, there is this noise/beauty effect look and lag in videos. Have 512gb storage, so I don’t know why that would happen...

Is my hardware bad and need replacement or wait IOS update? So sad
I was really hoping so much for this phone but when I started using my video recorder on Thanksgiving, front selfie camera as well as the back regular camera. whenever I would record and playback the videos, there would be random moments throughout the video where it would lag- like have random slow-motion like pause/glitches and then regain normal timing, and then do it again later. This would happen with and without flash.

Try rebooting your phone before your next video and see if that helps. I do not do a lot of video on my MAX but when I do, it looks good to me.

I’m still getting the stuttering videos in Netflix and YouTube. I don’t get why it’s taking this long to fix it.
