I had my iPhone I swap cases to the x doria defense shield.

I was using before the spigen clear case.

I was cleaning the back of iPhone I saw two scratches one is deep and the other one won’t come out.

The only thing I did was swapped case through the week and when I was installing the back hit the hard shell case.

When I upgrade next year will the iPhone upgrade team cause a program ?

Is this a deep scratch or light one or a crack on the back it won’t come off with my microfiber cloth and I don’t want to deal with an apple store for this small thing ?

No issues. You will be fine. Not a crack.

That’s works and I know now it’s a scratch not a crack issue resolved.

Your more than likely going to find dust under the camera lense anyways and have it swapped out. So the scratch isn’t going to be there when you upgrade anyways.

Seriously? You ask this same question every single time you get a new phone. How many threads are you going to start year after year to ask this?

Might have a problem as my friend had similar marks on his phone and they wouldn’t allow him to hand it back in for the upgrade, had to pay to repair. Zero cracks.

With the dust under the camera lens cover, Apple can actually physically clean behind that by disassembling iPhone and then reassembling. They don’t have to issue an exchange for that anymore. In terms of scratching, obviously that’s more of a permanent effect on the phone versus dust.
