iPhone X and IPhone 8 display when True Tone ON

I've seen many display models at Best Buy and the Apple Store and it seems when True Tone is ON the top and bottom part of the screen are not the same. One seems to be darker or more orange.

Thoughts?

Thoughts?

Those displays are also maxed at brightness and operating for more than 12 hours a day. Not to mention, the lighting in the store can change the perception of the dislay.

But I had the same problem on my 8 and exchanged it out several times but no luck.

And I've read others had the same problem.

But no one seems to care at all. It doesn't bother them.
