I stopped by Willowbrook Mall earlier today after work and spoke with a manager. He said that more then likely the doors by Sephora will be the ones opened first. He also told me that the doors to the mall would be open at 6am for the phone launch. The Apple store will also open at 6am for the launch. He said that they will give out tickets to people in front of the Apple store, not people outside the mall. Not much more else was told to me. He said that they're not guaranteeing stock, and when I mentioned that Apple had already announced that there would be units on launch day, he just shrugged. Stupid normie.

I've got a buddy that's likely going to the Baybrook store, but he probably won't go till about 6. He's pretty non-committed. LOL

Has anyone from this thread started lining up yet? Just wondering what the crowd climate out there is like.

Highland Village line in Houston as of Thursday 11/2 12:35pm. The guys with the umbrella are the front of the line and have been there since Wednesday.

So how slim are the chances of me snagging an iPhone X if I join line later tonight or midnight at Highland village? Does apple only allow you to purchase only 1 phone? I'd like to get 2 for both my lines.

    Thanks.

No idea, but as of right now there’s probably 40 people in line.

If you're going to try to line up at the Galleria, the closest entrance is @ W.Alabama, next to the Westin entrance, where the UPS store is. Walk over to the escalators, go up, and then walk straight ahead, on the left I believe.

I’m at Highland village. I was around # 60 but find myself closer to 90-100 as many people were saving spots for their friends :-/

Also, there is a limit of 2 per person and I overheard someone say this location has about 300 units????

Probably to cut down on traffic and congestion. That shopping center stays busy on a normal day. Kind of makes the experience somewhat anticlimactic, though.
