iPhone X iPhone X incoming call

For the past few weeks, i have been experience incoming calls into my iPhone X goes in and out on the voice call.......it makes it sound like I get every other word....it is also happening on my wife's phone iPhone 8 Plus............my sons iPhone 8 and 8 plus is not having the problem......we are only having the problem when we get incoming calls and it happens only on a few calls....the other incoming calls are clear with great sound.......the only way we know how to fix the problem is to hang up and call the person back on the phone and the sound is great and i can here every word.....I have Sprint Service

It could be the network of the people calling you. If your son is also on the same network then that would be the logical conclusion.

I've had this issue occasionally on cellphones since I had my first cellphone.
