I was reading a story regarding the cold weather Iphone X screen freezing up. My problem is different. I live in So Florida(warm weather). Every time I am on a call, regardless of an incoming or outgoing call, my X screen goes to black. I cant wake up the screen regardless of how many times I tap the screen. I was on a call with my bank yesterday and when asked to press 1 I couldnt. I am told this is an os bug. I was 3 days out of returning my new phone.
This happens all the time. Todays world consists of having to press buttons to ever speak to anyone in customer service. I cant ever do that. At 1000.00 for this phone I realize so far I made a huge mistake. Anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like a problem with the proximity sensor. Be sure you are not covering it with a screen protector or case.

ofcorse its a hardware defect just go to any apple store and show the problem
