So my Mom has a iPhone XR, and she has been told by many people and I've been noticing it lately from her that she can't hear me when she is talking. I tried to talk to her at the same time and she can't hear me till she stops talking. Like it's only half duplex and not full duplex for two way communication. I haven't called Apple on this yet, but I have never seen this happen on a cell phone. As anyone else heard/seen this happen and know what to do?
