iPod touch iPod Capacity drop upon upgrading to iOS4?

Did anyone else notice their capacity drop when installing iOS4? I have an 8GB iTouch that went from 7.1GB available to 6.83GB available.... Is something wrong?

Nothing's wrong friend. The new software takes up 200 more megs.

This issue has already been addressed on MR however. Search before starting new threads.
