WillJS macrumors 65816 Original poster Jan 6, 2007 1,068 1 Aug 27, 2007 #1 My fathers iPod Video (30gb, 5.5g) keep freezing every 30 seconds, causing a reboot. It works fine, then freezes again. Anyone know what wrong? Obviously we've reset, reboot, charged, and I've even erased and restored. Is there anything we can do?

Click to expand... thanks for the reply mate, but I forgot to mention its windows configured (he uses windows) will using it with my mac to check that affect it?

mad jew Moderator emeritus Apr 3, 2004 32,191 10 Adelaide, Australia Aug 30, 2007 #4 The Mac can verify and repair the PC-formatted iPod if necessary. Windows PCs have similar maintenance tools that should also be able to do this.
