iPod iPod shuffle help

Hi last night my ipod shuffle was mounting fine when I opened itunes now its not mounted when I open itunes and its not shown as mounted i finder yet it keeps blinking orange meaning do not remove. So if its no mounted how can I eject it and disconnect it? And also I want to see what's on it. :confused:

never mind restarted my computer and its fine
