iPod touch Ipod to Itunes

In my Itunes Ive clicked my Ipod Touch and its library and changed every album cover to its correct one etc but its not appearing in my Itunes library, theyve not got covers.

How do I change it so my Itunes Library (covers etc) is the same as my Ipod Touch library?

Is it possible to replace my ITUNES library with my IPOD TOUCH Library?
