I'm sure someone with an iPod Touch can answer this for me. I have an iPod in my car. It's old, so when I buy new music, I have to dig and unstrap the thing out of the armrest, bring it in, sync it, pick which playlists and make sure the new albums sync, take it back to the car... I'd love to just park my car at home and let the iPod automatically pick up the Wifi signal, and automatically download my new tunes. Does the iCloud functionality do that - or do you have to go in and tap Download from the Purchased section of iTunes store every time?
