iPod touch iPod touch 3G problem with mic pause function

Hey guys ever since I updated it to the iOS 4 I've had a problem whenever I pause the songs with the mic. When I replay it, (using the mic) it plays for a few seconds then cuts out. I have to unlock my iPod and pick a new song for it to start playing songs again. Anyone have this problem?

Tried restoring it? Do you have a real 3G ipod touch or an 8gb.

Yes I do. It's 32gb and it was bought dec 2009 as a gift multitask and wallpaper stuff. Anyone have this problem or can help me out? I'll try restoring it later today. If problems persist I might go visit the apple store if no one has a solution

Good luck, if that doesnt work then you can try putting it in DFU mode.
