*Sigh...* SO far the iPod Touch has been that electronic device that has given me the most trouble out of every device Ive ever owned. Needless to say I'm very dissapointed.....I was browsing the internet today when I was getting my haircut when it randomoly shut off and went to the apple screen and would not start up again.....I'm tired of apple and there bull **** and just want my device to work....surely paying $250 on this device warrants it to work for more than a month before breaking again? This has litterally happened to me 4 times including now and I just want some answers. I leave for florida in 3 days and I would like to hope that my device can hold up to its expectations on the less than entertaining flights......

When I read "4th time" the story starts to become about the user and not the device. Break a Touch once, it's Apple's fault. Break a second Touch and if you're lucky and in warranty Apple might accept blame. Break a third one and you should be banned from all hand-held technology. Break a 4th one and you should be arrested. JMHO ;)

Its the 3.0 ever since I got the update this keeps happening. Its not my fault I reset the thing every night to clear the memory as I was told by the genus and I delete my internet cache, history, and cookies every night. Ive NEVER broken my cellphone, or my PSP which Ive had for almost 5 years.....I take care of my electronics very well.....I worked very hard for this device (My parents don't buy stuff for me) and I would like it to function.
