iPod touch Ipod touch cleaning help!!!!!!!!!!!

OK my son has a ipod touch with ghost Armour on it... we are visiting in Colorado and while he was getting sprayed with mosquito repellent, some over spray got on it and now it is stuck on it...it's all bumpy and sticky,.... How can i clean it off with damaging it?

You might be able to try and "squeegee" it out. Otherwise there is no hope for it because once you remove it its done.
