iPod touch iPod Touch (Current OS, 2g 16gb) sync error

This happened awhile ago, so I stopped syncing my Touch for awhile hoping it'd go away but it hasn't. When I plug in my Touch iTunes opens, but immediately gives the following error:

"The iPod "iPod touch" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019).

The first time, I closed the window and synced it anyways. It removed a song I had just purchased on my iPod, removed all podcasts I downloaded directly to my iPod, and put a movie that I had deleted from my iPod back onto it. Essentially, it restored it to how it was at the last sync.

Can anyone help?

You might have already seen this but check this link out and see if this helps you... http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2830. if not I should uninstall iTunes and reinstall and see what happens.
