Okay, so I started to use iCal to keep myself organized here at college, and thought it would be a great idea to sync it with the calender on my iPod Touch 2nd gen. Everything syncs fine, except for one small problem.
Everything in the iPod is an hour earlier than what I entered in iCal on my MBP (running Snow Leopard).

Clarification: I'm at college in Rochester NY and I'm from Texas. But I restored the iPod and everything already and can't for the life of me figure out where this one-hour difference is coming from. Both the MBP and iPod Touch are set for the correct time zone as well (EST).

(UPDATE)
I found the problem when digging through the settings for Contacts, Mail, and Calenders. Time Zone Support was still set for Dallas. I just turned off time-zone support. I don't see the real point of it, to be honest. It may seem like a nifty function at first glance, but in practice it's just plain annoying.
