help! soo my ipod touch battery completely died, i charged it and then used it last night for the internet. when i went to use the music ap this morning, it kept shutting down and bringing me to the home screen. i powered off by holding down the square button and the power/lock button. when i went to turn it back on all i get is the screen that tells me to connect the ipoud touch to itunes... pic attached. any suggestions?

will i lose everything?
If you restore from backup no. And if you dont restore from backup you will lose all your game saves and highscores and such, it will be as if you were syncing for the first time. You should probably try to restore from backup first.
